Emma Harding - YogafixYoga kit – all the kit you require
is brought to the session eg: blocks, sponge bricks and a belt.  It is recommended that you use your
own mat.

Yoga mat – a mat represents your yoga space.  Mats get better the more you use them.  Invest in the best one you can, it will be with you for a long time.

Yoga blanket – a blanket is useful for relaxation plus a cushion or two.

Yoga clothing – comfortable and flexible with a few layers as the body can heat up during asana practice and cool down in relaxation.

Yoga preparation avoid eating at least 1.5 hours beforehand and remove shoes and socks for posture work.

Yoga peace – turn off the telephone, select the silent mode on your mobile, adopt a ‘do not disturb’ approach so that everyone knows this is your precious yoga time and prime your family and friends!

Yoga space - warm, clear, comforting and quiet with room to move on and around your yoga mat.
