I love yoga; it massages the body and gives the brain a break!
I am passionate about yoga and the positive effects it has on people of all ages and levels of expertise. Seeing clients enjoy their sessions and feel great as a result is inspirational.
Since my mum introduced me to yoga when I was studying for my A levels, I have enjoyed practising it with a range of teachers including Tara Fraser, Lyn Core and Mary Banham, and am a qualified British Wheel of Yoga teacher.
We all have times when motivation leaves us, but I need yoga most when I'm feeling stressed, tired or lethargic. I get onto my yoga mat, start to stretch, breath and move and an hour later I feel totally different - relaxed, revived and ready for action!
An ancient practice from the East, yoga continues to evolve and helps us in the West tune into our bodies, still our minds and find meaning in our lives. It certainly helps me stay sane and allows me to live life to the full!
